Bless Brera
Whilst working for the "Wouldn't it be Nice" exhibition at Somerset House. O>N>E were asked to build a full-sized Alpha Romeo sofa.
Working with the fashion house "Bless" who were to produce the leather upholstery, we built a foam car out of a composition of foams to allow for the car to collapse like a cloud as you leaned and rolled into it, but that would always return back to its original shape. The difficulty arose from the natural problem that most foams at that size become quite solid.
